InnScan is a mobile-first scanning app for teams that need to capture documents, barcodes and labels on the go. It combines a tuned camera pipeline, on-device OCR and AI clean-up to deliver readable, searchable output from receipts, invoices, serial-number plates, shipping labels and multi-page contracts — even in poor light or at awkward angles. Barcodes and QR codes are recognised in the same shot as the surrounding text, so a single scan can extract both the product identifier and the printed metadata around it. Output flows directly into your Inndentity inventory or any connected system as structured records, not just images.
What can InnScan scan?
InnScan handles documents (single and multi-page), receipts, invoices, ID labels, serial-number plates, barcodes, QR codes and most 1D and 2D symbologies in a single capture. OCR runs on-device for speed and privacy, with optional AI clean-up in the cloud for low-quality originals.
